About us

The late N. G. alias Babuji Avhad, a prominent freedom fighter and former Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of Maharashtra, founded Parth Vidya Prasarak Mandal in 1965. The primary objective of establishing this Mandal was to provide education to the children of seasonal migrant workers employed in sugar factories across Maharashtra. Avhad was committed to the holistic development of sugarcane cutters' families. As part of its evolution, Janata Vidyalaya was established in 1972.


George Bernard Shaw once said, "Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything." This quote underscores the constant nature of change in the universe. In line with this philosophy, Parth Vidya Prasarak Mandal introduced its semi-English Medium branch in 2009, followed by the establishment of a primary section in 2014.
